Ready Rockaway is a group of trained Emergency Preparedness professionals, and community leaders, who understand the need to plan and galvanize the Rockaway's for emergencies. We come together to study our hazard potentials and calculate resources already in the community and/or, having to be initiated from outside sources.
In collaboration with local partners (and stakeholders), we pledge to work together to educate, and facilitate residents on how to be resilient through varied types of emergencies.
Ready Rockaway will advocate, educate and collaborate to achieve Rockaway's goals.
